First Visit:



- The old filling, or decay, is removed, and the tooth is prepared for the inlay / onlay.
- impression of the tooth, and send this impression to a dental laboratory.
- Temporary sealant is put on the tooth
- Impression is used to construct a custom-made porcelain, or gold inlay / onlay in the dental lab.

Second Visit:



- The temporary sealant is removed.
- The inlay / onlay fitted properly in the tooth in such a way that it does not interfere with the bite.
- The inlay / onlay is bonded into the tooth with a strong bonding resin, and polished smooth.
