Horacio Guajardo, MD earned his medical degree at the University of Monterrey, and completed an internship at CHRISTUS Muguerza Alta Especialidad Hospital in Monterrey, Mexico. He specializes in General and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, and complteted his residency at CHRISTUS Muguerza Alta Especialidad. He trained in Obesity Surgery in alongside Franco Favretti,, M.D. in Abbanno de Therme at the University of Padova, in Vicenza, Italy. He also trained in Revisional Surgery for Obesity and Open and Laparoscopic Gastric Y Roux Bypass alongside Alberto Salinas, M.D in Caracas, Venezuela. He is Board Certified by the Mexican Counsel of General Surgery and a member of the Mexican Counsel of Obesity Surgery. His practice specializes in obesity and advanced laparoscopic surgery.
