Mario Carranza, MD completed medical school at the University of Nuevo Leon in 1980. He completed his residency at “Hospital Universitario” in Monterrey, Mexico, between July 1981 and August 1982 specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery and orthognatic surgery. In his professional experience Dr. Carranza has been affiliated with the National Health Institute in Mexico, been a Pre-grade Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery professor at Monterrey Tech, and maintained memberships in both Mexican and International medical societies including the Mexican Association of Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the International Society of Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
