He has worked as a clinical instructor on living liver and Paediatric liver transplant, liver Transplant division, Emory university school of medicine and children’s Health care of Atlanta at Egleston in Atlanta, USA.

Besides authoring many books and articles on many subjects in his Practicing field, he is a much sought after speaker on the subject. He is also a member of many prestigious medical organisations.

Professional qualifications
Dr. Ramcharan completed his MBBS from Kilpauk medical college, Chennai and then pursued his masters in living liver and Paediatric Liver transplant and post graduation in general surgery from Marshall University school of medicine, Huntington. He further went on to Specialise in Hepatobiliary and multi-organ transplantation at university Of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA.
