Dr. Ulloa is qualified from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América of Costa Rica since 1985. Subsequently, he completed a residency in Orthopedics, which is his specialty, and then continued to study a Fellowship in Sports at the Cleveland Clinic in 1993.

His experience is extensive and his private practice and main interest is in Trauma, Knee Surgery and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Ulloa delivers high-quality care and the latest in technology in Knee Replacement Surgery.

He participates actively in a variety of medical organizations: the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the International Society of Arthroscopy, and as a Member of the Warthog Society Knee Surgery (ISAKOS).
