ThreadLift Face Lift

THREAD LIFT FACE LIFT

The ThreadLift is a non-surgical face lift procedure to reduce aging signs on the face, e.g. sagging (drooping) skin on the brow, cheeks, jowls and neck, and to elevate, reposition and lift lax skin. It is a minimally invasive way of face lifting without the usual scarring and downtime associated with the other surgical face lift techniques.

It is also referred to as the lunchtime facelift as the procedure takes only 1-2 hours. It draws no blood and offers subtle and natural results.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Using a thin gentle needle, tiny threads used in plastic surgery are inserted under the tissues of the face. There are no incisions or scars involved.

Most patients experience minimal bruising or swelling for 1-7 days. It is not a painful procedure and most patients can return to normal activities the following day. The threads stay where they are inserted and, like all internal sutures, are generally well tolerated by the body. The threads and their effects are removable, reliable, and reversible.

The technique is gaining popularity amongst the younger and busy people requiring subtle minor procedures that don't involve any time off from work.

Threadlift facelift shows immediate results but it is not suitable for all patients and may not deliver extreme results. Patients can achieve 30-70% of what an invasive face lift may achieve.
